All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
Special orders are not subject to cancellation.

Availability of merchandise is according to information on hand at the time orders is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturers scheduling, stock on hand. Availability of materials for all special orders require 14-20 working days to arrive. Transportation difficulty or any other cause of delay are beyond the control of the seller.

A minimum fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges and cancellations. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairway before ordering as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is to large to fit. Seller can not move, hual or rearrange old furniture. Seller makes no guarantee beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacture warranty, if any buyer Lay-A-Ways are not subject to cacellation. Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule or proceeds of prior payment(s) towards Lay-A-Way may be forfeited.

All Lay-A-Ways require 16 working days notice before final delivery or pick up. City Home Furniture does not hold any liabilities for any damaged caused to your apartment or house while delivering the furniture.
